ABOUT THE RETREAT
Once you arrive, Keeley and Rachel will greet you with a welcome orientation, followed by a relaxing yoga session and a delicious dinner. Over the next few days, we trust you will unwind, allowing your system to unplug from your everyday responsibilities, and begin to feel refreshed and nourished from the sessions.
The yoga sessions are designed to give your body and mind the opportunity to stretch out in all directions and work through your pain-free range of motion. This will be crucial to your sense of unwinding and relaxation.
The therapy sessions are designed to dig deeper into our psyche, providing a safe and supportive space to explore and address underlying emotional and psychological challenges. These sessions aim to foster self-awareness, healing, and personal growth, complementing the physical benefits of yoga.
